Forgive & Forget.
Some days you wake up and you realise - maybe the problem is actually you.
We spend most of our time trying to find a way to throw the blame onto someone else or something else, whether it is an excuse as to why you didn't hand in your assignment, being stubborn and not realising you've hurt someone, or why you're generally just unhappy.
It takes a strong person to forgive, but it takes a stronger person to tell themselves "Okay, you screwed up. You need to apologise for all of your mistakes."
I'm very far from perfect and I regularly make mistakes. I'm human. But identifying your mistake and identifying that you may have unintentionally hurt someone is something very important.
Yes, it may seem embarrassing to have to apologise when you know you're in the wrong, but trust me, you will be more at peace with yourself.
